The road to success is always under construction. I've been doing Weight Watchers for a long time and I am always making changes as I learn new things-about me, about my health and about food in general. But there are always obstacles out there...Red Lights (trigger foods, Summer Occasions, travel) Loops of confusion, Flats and Potholes of mindless eating, and Speed Bumps...to get our attention! One or all of these can be a problem if we let them. The thing to remember is to Learn from Experience (this is the info makes you the expert on YOU) and, armed with that info, Prepare Yourself for the next time so you can make a better decision. And above all ENJOY YOURSELF! This I can't impress upon you enough. If you make a bad decision, don't beat yourself up over it. Life is too short. Learn from it. It's information you can use to make a better decision next time. Dale Carnagie says: People rarely succeed unless they have fun in what they are doing. I SOOOOOO agree! If there is something you are not enjoying about your weight loss journey...change it-learn to enjoy the process in whatever you do! That's life, Pal, and it's ours to live! So get out there and bee livin' and enjoyin' it 'cause !

Here in New Orleans we have more road construction and pot holes than the law allows!!!
We call it Shrimp poboys, bread pudding and seafood gumbo to just name a few!!
See my problem?? LOL
But I like your advise about learning from your mistakes! I am a true believer that we never stop learning and if we do its only because we are dead! I definately realized that flex was not working and figured I'd give Core a try and boy am I glad I did...I lost 4 pounds this week!! yeah!!
Thanks for all the advise!!
